what does it take to fly like an eagle.
You can see the old man in the wheelchair outside Shopper’s Drug Mart
Begging for spare change.

They will mount up with wings like eagles

what does it take to fly like an eagle.
You can see the old man in the wheelchair outside Shopper’s Drug Mart
Begging for spare change.
Maybe he can walk maybe he can’t

What does it take to fly like an eagle?
You can see the frightened looking dude,
sitting at the bottom of the subway,
where someone is protecting him,
Maybe he can work,
Maybe he has to just get his self together.

Though youths grow weary and tired

And vigorous men stuble badly

Yet those who wait for the Lord

those who wait for the Lord,
Will gain new strength

They will mount up with wings like eagles
They will run and not grow tired
They will walk and not become weary
From the Holy Bible. Isaiah the prophet wrote this.

A Prophet is not just someone who can tell the future, he is directed by God to say or do what God tells him and he does it. I don’t know any female prohpets in the bible, however there might be some.  It was a very male dominated world at the time. Unimanginable to a Canadian I believe because in Canada women have more power.

Not equality, enough, just more power than they did at the time of Isaiah. However, I could be wrong.  I never lived in the past.  except in regrets.  And I regret that 🙂

It is from the book called Isaiah in the Old Testament.

The Old Testament is the old part of the bible.

The new testament is the part of the bible where Jesus came to the earth.  He was alive before however, in the new part he arrived on the earth. As a child. A baby.
